The performer (me) hand-washing the clothes for 8 hours, the clothing slowly degenerated, then by 8 hours of mending, tying and painting, the damages on the clothes were highlighted, celebrated instead of being hidden. The performance aimss to re-examine the value and the view of aging, on people and on garments. Maybe the parts we’ve been wanting to hide, are the most beautiful parts of ourselves.
